The blade thickness is 1/8 of an inch, length is 8 inches, and it is made of tempered 420 J2 stainless steel, false-edged. The handle is made of cast metal with an antique finish and full-length tang construction. The base is 3.75 inches by 3 inches by 2.5 inches and is made of cold cast porcelain with hand painted finish and brass shield. The overall length of the piece is 11 inches.
